Former chapel built in 1925 in what were the grounds of Collington Rise Preparatory School (now Collington House). Used as a children’s nursery from 1990 to 2020 then converted into a residential property.

Attractive brick elevations – gable to façade with dual pitch tiled roof behind, gabled entrance porch, three narrow arched windows to front, four on the side elevation, hipped roof at western end.
