Former Barclays Bank until the closure of this branch in 2022. Built in 1898 it has a dignified three bay facade - rendered ground floor and redbrick upper floors with horizontal stone dressings and pilasters, a full-length iron balustraded balcony supported on large console brackets and three giant pedimneted dormers at third floor level, linked by arched arcades.
