Opened in May 1931, designed by a Mr G. Cash; and built by William McCormick. Home to the Hadrian Lodge for nearly 100 years, this distinctive red rusticated brick classical façade is an interesting example of inter-war architecture. The projecting portal centre-piece has an air of grandeur, especially with the flanking globe luminaries on circular section columns.
Formally dedicated for Masonic use on 12th May 1934. Designed by a Mr G. Cash and built by a lodge member, William McCormick, for a total cost of £3,537-8s-8d.
